If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or our service, please contact us via email on the Contact Us page within 7 days of purchase and we will rectify the situation, issue a refund or replace the product if it is proven to be faulty. Please see our refunds policy below
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on items we sell at www.himalayansaltlampsandoildiffusers.com.au. Please contact us on our contact page to let us know if you would like to return a product that you are not completely satisfied with that you purchased. It will need to be in a brand new and an unused condition and in the products original packaging that is also intact. The return postage costs will be at the responsibility of the purchaser to cover and a tracking number is also strongly suggested to obtain to prevent loss of the product.
All of our products are sealed for hygienic and protection purposes of the goods. When we receive the item safely in a 100% unused condition we will process your refund in full. If the item arrives damaged, we will contact you within 48 hours so that you can raise a dispute with your shipping company.
We do not offer a no questions asked Money Back Guarantee; in fact, we have to ask questions and all we expect is that you will play fair in return. In order to keep our expenses low and try to prevent the rare few that try to abuse the refund system we have outlined below the refund terms and conditions.

We can’t accept returns on any item after 30 days of purchase and products for change of mind need to be returned in a 100% brand new condition. There is no restocking fee for all returns. While we shipped your item for free, we still had to pay postage costs at our expense so as such you will be refunded the cost of the product less our shipping and handling charges.
For faulty items you will need to go to the Contact Us page and explain to us the issue that you are experiencing. If the issue is due to something arriving damaged, we will request from you; images of the product being damaged. If it is an electrical, battery operated device or other functional issue we will request from you a video which you simply record on your smart phone or tablet etc. A short video explaining the issue is all that is needed. This will then be submitted to our warranty team who will evaluate and get back to you within 5 working days. From there if the product is proven to be faulty we will refund or replace the product for you. If you have a technical problem that prevents you from using the product, in most cases we will be able to solve it together. If we can’t solve the problem and you fail to get the benefit of the product, then we will refund your money in full.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe our refund policy is being abused or that the customer will continue to use the product in breach of our Intellectual Property rights.
